Role OverviewAs a Store Associate, you will support the mission of Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area by providing excellent customer service, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to policies and procedures. You will work in a friendly and respectful environment, promoting independence and dignity for people in need. You will also contribute to the organization's goal of diverting materials from landfills through sales and salvage.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include providing customer service, maintaining confidentiality, performing work tasks according to training, and ensuring the security of company assets and donations. You will also be expected to perform general sales floor and production area duties, cross-train in all work areas, and communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers.
