Role OverviewThe Store Associate plays a vital role in Store operations with a strong focus on creating a rewarding experience for customers, donors, and volunteers. Sales Associates effectively utilize the point of sales system, give excellent customer service, and insure volunteer engagement.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include greeting customers, providing outstanding service, answering donor/customer questions, utilizing the point of sales system, and maintaining a high level of cash management for accuracy.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to accurately and safely operate store equipment such as computers, pallet jacks, etc
- Strong relationship building skills with an ability work constructively with a variety of people
- Able to read, count, write and communicate effectively ensuring correct completion of all documentation
- Must be able to organize, plan and prioritize work to completion
- Ability to pass a background and reference check
- Commitment to the South Puget Sound Habitat mission and core values
