Role OverviewTravelCenters of America offers a convenient, one-stop shopping experience to customers. The Cashier II is a key member of the store team, primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service and processing transactions on a point-of-sale (POS) register. The role involves maintaining a clean, well-stocked food and beverage area, assisting with receiving product, and stocking merchandise on planograms. The Cashier II also assists with training lower-level cashiers and prioritizes work according to store and management needs.
What You Will Do
Process transactions of customers on a point-of-sale (POS) register, maintain a clean, well-stocked food and beverage area, assist with receiving product and unloads it, stock and organize merchandise on planograms, assist with training lower-level cashiers, prioritize work according to store and management needs, and know and follow safety guidelines.
