Job Description
New Seasons Market seeks a skilled Store Chef to operate the Prepared Foods department, including financial stewardship, customer service, and production of Prepared Foods products.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service, food service, retail or grocery experience
  • 3 + years food production, catering, or kitchen management experience
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Previous ordering/inventory management experience
  • Friendly and customer service oriented, with an interest in food and cooking
  • Solid knife skills
  • Previous large batch food preparation or production experience
  • Familiarity with culinary terminology and techniques and industry standard equipment
  • Basic math and computation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
