Role OverviewThe store clerk reports directly to the store manager and indirectly to both the assistant store managers and shift leaders. This position is responsible for duties such as cashiering, stocking, cleaning, and monitoring perishables.
What You Will Do
Operates a cash register efficiently, performs checkout procedures, handles cash, EBT, debit cards, credit cards, WIC vouchers, gift cards, coupons, and checks, stocks product, assists with unloading delivery trucks, and maintains excellent store conditions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be 18 years of age or older, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, proven retail sales experience, excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills, ability to read, write, and speak in English, and proficiency in basic math skills.
