Job Description
Job Summary: The Store Driver is responsible for delivering parts to customers, building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, and maintaining store cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

  • Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
  • Pick up returns and cores
  • Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
  • Daily collection of credit accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers
  • Assist in upselling and cross-selling products
  • Maintain store cleanliness
  • General stocking
  • Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals
  • Engage with walk-in customers
  • Use delivery board system
  • Operating inventory systems and store equipment
  • Sales aptitude and customer service orientation
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
  • Read and interpret documents
  • Use basic math accurately
