Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events within a Michaels store, provide friendly customer service, and complete operational tasks to deliver a stress-free and fun experience for guests.
Requirements
Plan and coordinate multiple events at once
Engage with clients of all ages
Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects
Facilitate and implement party add-ons
Communicate events with clients and store team members
Complete administrative tasks
Adjust plans and events based on client feedback
Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
Uphold company cleanliness and safety standards
Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
Assist with Omni channel processes
Participate in truck un-load, stocking and planogram processes
Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
Perform Store in Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
