The Store Lead will support the Store Leadership Team, complete cash-wrap operations, and act as Leader on Duty (LOD). The role represents the brand, engages customers, and maintains store standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years previous retail experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Excellent customer engagement
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Ability to give and receive performance-based feedback
  • Ability to adapt to and learn internal applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
