Job Description
The Store Lead will support the Store Leadership Team, complete cash-wrap operations, and act as Leader on Duty (LOD). The role requires excellent customer engagement, detail orientation, and ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Assist in developing talent through training of associates
  • Partners with Store Manager to address performance concerns
  • Support and participate in all company training and development initiatives
  • Foster a positive work environment and provides direct feedback
  • Assess performance and provide feedback on a daily basis
  • Motivate and inspire associates to build brand loyalty
  • Model exceptional customer service behaviors
  • Support the management team to maximize productivity
  • Process payroll weekly
  • Modify schedule based on business climate
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom
  • Ensure Environment (CRE) Standards & Safety requirements
