Job Description
As a Store Leader, you will lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service, and drive the success of all store operations.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to work in store operations
  • Previous management experience in a retail operation or relevant experience with Parker’s
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Completion of food safety certification within the first month of employment
  • Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment
