Job Description

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, some college or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in the retail industry, with 2 years of experience as a Store Manager
  • Proven ability to recruit, select, develop, and retain a full store team
  • Proven ability to foster a positive, inclusive working environment
  • Demonstrated ability to function as a role model, prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to forecast and analyze business trends, manage payroll expense, and deliver sales results
