Job Description
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Famous Footwear store in Boulder, Colorado. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring the customer connection, leading talent discovery, owning retail operations, leveraging insights to deliver results, and being the architect of a winning culture. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day store operations, and developing strong relationships with customers and employees. You will also have the opportunity to develop internal talent and network with exceptional external talent.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
  • Basic computer skills
