Role OverviewThe Store Manager will oversee the daily operation of the store, including the overall management of the team, merchandise, and sales results. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position is responsible for loss prevention compliance, human resources management, as well as visual merchandising presentation.

Responsibilities include leading the team to achieve individual and team sales targets, delivering excellence in client experiences, and promoting brand awareness through community engagement and store events.

- 8+ years' retail experience
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience managing others within a customer service environment

- Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze retail KPIs and on-floor behaviors
- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
