Requirements

• Effectively manages and directs the activities of the retail store to achieve optimal results.
• Approves supply expenditures.
• Manages and approves store expenses within budget.
• Recruits, selects, and onboard team members.
• Addresses guest concerns and resolves issues effectively.
• Manages the inventory processes, including inventory cycle counting and shipping and receiving of merchandise.
• Delegates duties and areas of responsibilities to the team.
• Develops action plans to ensure compliance with directed changes.
• Plans and conducts regularly scheduled store meetings.
• Develops and conducts performance evaluations for the team.
• Regularly communicates goals and objectives with all associates.
• Monitors product trends and changes in retail and communicates to the manager.
• Processes employee purchases and guest returns.
• Consistently demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of organizational skills.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Assumes duties of Assistant Manager in the absence of the position.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
