Role OverviewThe Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all staff and operations as well as maintaining the overall presentation of the store. In this supervisory role, the Manager inspires their team by consistently demonstrating responsibility and teamwork.

Develop and lead a high-performance team, maintain excellent standards, and oversee store operations to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4-6 years of retail experience, including staff supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation, and loss prevention.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Understanding of how to develop staff with experience in staffing, coaching, counseling, etc.
