Manage store operations, oversee sales goals, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. Ensure customer safety and security, and maintain a clean and organized store.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
