Job Description
Goodwill NCW is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the donation door to store floor process and implement business strategies to ensure store is meeting or exceeding sales and production plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Basic level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
  • Experience with reporting and dashboard tools
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
