As a Store Manager, you will oversee store operations, manage talent, inspire your team, and provide an unforgettable experience for customers. You will also ensure that the store meets or exceeds sales goals, controls expenses, and manages inventory. Additionally, you will protect customers, associates, and store assets by following safety and security rules and procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
  • 1 year of previous sales management experience
  • Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
  • Cosmetology license is a plus
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
