Job Description
The Black Tux is looking for an engaging Retail Store Manager to help build their retail presence in Atlanta. The candidate will work with the Retail Director to develop the foundation for their retail business and community presence, focusing on providing an amazing customer experience and exceeding performance targets.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail or hospitality experience (supervisory or manager level preferred)
  • Experience in hiring and managing a team
  • BA/BS degree (optional)
  • Innovative, positive, proactive team player
  • Highly effective in written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Experience working in menswear and/or a startup (preferred)
