Role OverviewThe Store Manager is the business owner of the store results, accountable for delivering sales and profitability targets while bringing the brand's identity to life in every client interaction. This role leads all aspects of store performance: commercial results, client development, team leadership, visual and operational standards, and compliance with company policy and local labor law.
What You Will Do
Maintain a full understanding of the business strategy and action to achieve sales and financial goals and targets. Build store strategy and annual action plan that indicates roadmap of expected sales and financial achievements. Participate in all aspects of store operations, including recruiting and training store associates, co-coordinating store logistics, and working with store team to ensure store is fully operational.
