Job Description
As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team of talented individuals to provide an unforgettable experience to customers in the hair and beauty industry. You will oversee store operations, manage talent, and drive sales growth while maintaining a positive and dynamic work environment.
Requirements
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
1 year of previous sales management experience
Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
Cosmetology license is a plus (not required)
Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers
Must be 18 years of age or older
Passion for all things hair and beauty!
