Role OverviewThe Store Manager contributes to Buff City Soap’s success by leading a team to create and maintain the Buff City Experience for our clients. The Store Manager is required to regularly exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the makery.

Developing and coaching employees to provide amazing client experiences, following up swiftly on client concerns and issues, and managing with integrity and honesty.

Requirements
- College education preferred, but not required
- Management and/or Sales experience required
- Basic Computer skills (ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices
- Strong problem solving and organizational/planning skills
- Strong leaderships skills, with the ability to coach and mentor while having knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
- Team building skills
- Ability to prioritize and delegate
