The Store Manager in Training is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training employees, as well as maintaining a professional and supportive image among subordinates and supervisor. They will also develop positive and professional relationships with suppliers, promote excellent service, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in retail sales preferred
  • Ability to supervise and train employees
  • Ability to use computer and acquire skills necessary to use a computer
  • A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation
  • Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
