Role OverviewThe Store Manager In Training (SMIT) job is a development focused role that prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position. The SMIT program is a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training that develops you as a leader. You'll work with a team of people, including your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
What You Will Do
As a SMIT, you'll communicate with your team, perform customer care duties, execute merchandising strategies, and manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree
- Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor
