Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the store's operations, including staff management, customer service, and expense control. They must ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of retail management experience and demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of store management experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively to store associates at all levels
  • Ability to train, coach, and develop associates at all levels
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish goals
  • Fluency in English
