Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Stores' operations, including leading the entire operation to ensure Company standards and best practices are consistently met, staffs and trains leadership team, recruits, trains and develops Associates, and manages operations of Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor.
Requirements
Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity
Analyzes Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance
Recruits, hires, trains and develops Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and non-exempt Associates
Responsible for payroll administration including daily punch edits, Associate scheduling compliance, Sunday payroll transmission, and Payroll reporting as needed
