Maintain all aspects of the store operation, including safety, sales, service, parts, operations, inventory, rentals, employment issues, and marketing. Lead the team in achieving revenue and margin goals, and ensure the safety of employees, customers, and assets.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of management experience in a retail or sales environment
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
