Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Store's operations, including leading the entire operation to ensure Company standards and best practices are consistently met. This includes staffing, training, and developing leadership teams, managing stockroom and sales floor operations, and controlling expenses. The Store Manager also recruits, trains, and develops Associates, and is responsible for addressing personnel and performance issues. They must maintain a safe and secure environment, provide excellent customer service, and lead by example in terms of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements
Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish goals, develop a schedule to complete tasks and execute to achieve results.
