Job Description
The Store Manager serves as the face of ACE Cash Express to our customers, providing customer service and facilitating sales, and building professional relationships with customers, and gain in-depth knowledge of our lending (where applicable), check cashing and card services. ACE Cash Express employees are empowered to use their customer service and sales skills to the fullest, and we celebrate their commitment to making our store operations succeed.

Requirements

  • Customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to build professional relationships with customers
  • In-depth knowledge of lending, check cashing and card services
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
  • Two or more years of retail experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed
