Job Description
The Studio Manager oversees the daily operations of our ear piercing studio, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role for 3-5 years, preferably in a similar service-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable using technology, software systems and POS.
