Job Description
The Store Manager contributes to The Bouqs mission by coordinating and directing the successful operation of the store, managing the store team, and driving sales and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a retail or floral setting
  • 1 year of experience in a leadership role
  • Flexible availability, able to work 40 hours per week including early mornings and evenings
  • Ability to work during Vacation Blackout Policy dates
  • Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledgeable with retail systems
  • Ability to engage and motivate teams
  • Experience in managing multiple strategic and operational business functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and climb a ladder up to 8 ft.
  • Willingness to work with live floral product
