As a Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of store performance, building high-performing teams and delivering results. You will oversee sales, service, and parts operations to create a seamless experience for customers and employees. Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in business and people management
  • Strong knowledge of sales, parts, and service operations
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Knowledge of John Deere agriculture, construction, and/or Vermeer dealership operations preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
