Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for leading and managing the activities of 2 or more full-time employees, recruiting and training employees, developing and assigning tasks, maintaining a professional image, and promoting excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience
  • Ability to supervise and train employees
  • Ability to use computer and acquire necessary skills
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • Ability to have open availability
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions
  • Food Server certificate (e.g. ServSafe) and Food Safety Management certification may be required
