Job Description
The Store Manager position is responsible for managing the overall operation and profitability of the store, leading Teammates to create and maintain the Buckle experience, and recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, directing and supervising Teammates to optimize Guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred
  • One to two years related retail experience and/or training
  • Ability to relocate as required
  • Completion of Management Trainee Program preferred
