Role Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all staff and operations, maintaining the store's presentation, and inspiring their team to demonstrate responsibility and teamwork. The ultimate goal is total customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Develop and lead a high-performance team, maintain excellent standards, lead staff and oversee store operations, select and hire qualified candidates, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements
