The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all staff and operations, maintaining store presentation, and inspiring a high-performance team. They model effective selling techniques, develop a strong client base, and achieve store profit objectives.

Develop and lead a high-performance team, maintain excellent standards, lead staff and oversee store operations, select and hire qualified candidates, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements
