Role Overview

The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store's team and operations, driving store profitability, managing inventory levels, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing superior guest experience.

What You Will Do

Manage day-to-day store operations, hire talent, train and develop the team, manage employee performance, schedule employee shifts, drive store profitability, and create an organized and process-oriented environment.

The role requires flexibility in hours, including evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month, and availability to be on call 24/7.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience
  • Valid driver's license and MVR
