Role Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all staff and operations as well as maintaining the overall presentation of the store. In this supervisory role, the Manager inspires their team by consistently demonstrating responsibility and teamwork, which are two of the company’s core values.

What You Will Do

Develop and lead a high-performance team, maintain excellent standards and solid product knowledge, lead staff and oversee store operations, select and hire qualified candidates, and maintain all safety and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation, and loss prevention
