Role OverviewThe Store Manager is key to cultivating team culture, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing future leaders. This role supports all day-to-day operations, particularly during shifts when the General Manager is not onsite.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
