Role OverviewResponsible for all aspects of the Stores' operations, leading the entire operation to ensure Company standards and best practices are consistently met. Staffs, trains, and develops leadership team to deliver desired sales and profit results.
What You Will Do
Analyzes Store reports, addresses variances to Company standards, ensures proper scheduling of Associates, and accepts special assignments. Responsible for payroll administration, recruiting, training, and developing Associates.

Requirements
- Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment
- Must maintain a high level of Customer service
- Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels
- Ability to train, coach, and develop Associates at all levels
- Fluency in English
- Ability to exercise considerable independent judgement and discretion
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
