Role OverviewResponsible for all aspects of the Stores' operations, leading the entire operation to ensure Company standards and best practices are consistently met. Staffs, trains, and develops leadership team to deliver desired sales and profit results, while maintaining a friendly, easy to shop environment.
What You Will Do
Leads all Company Best Practices, analyzes Store reports, ensures proper scheduling of Associates, and addresses any variance to Company standards. Recruits, trains, and develops Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors, and non-exempt Associates.
