Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven retail Store Manager for our store. The successful candidate will be able to lead a customer-focused team, drive sales and profitability, and enhance campus relationships.
What You Will Do
Collect, enter, and analyze adoptions for order placement, maintain regular communication with campus stakeholders, introduce and promote the most affordable option for the student, manage inventory, develop and maintain relationships with faculty, meet sales goals, ensure company compliance, maintain visual merchandising standards, conduct personnel performance appraisals, address customer service issues.

Must have proven success as a retail manager, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, desire to lead a results-oriented team, detail-oriented with organizational skills. Good to have two years of college or its equivalent, background in campus store management.
