Role OverviewAs a full-time Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the mission statement in your store, managing daily operations, visual standards, and making decisions that impact store performance and profitability. You will be accountable for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
What You Will Do
You will analyze KPI reporting, translate numbers into behaviors, and build brand loyalty by ensuring your team provides an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer. You will also find and retain great talent, organize and plan to get the job done, and lead your team to create value for the brand.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience and an ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- Effective communication in both a group setting and one on one
- Ability to welcome feedback and improve always
