Manage day-to-day store operations, hire talent, train and develop the team, manage employee performance, drive store profitability, and implement action plans to generate additional sales opportunities.

The role requires flexibility in hours, including evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month. Availability to be on call 24/7.
Requirements
