Role OverviewThe Store Manager is responsible for the overall sales, profitability, customer service, visual strategies, operations, and inventory management for the store. They will supervise and motivate the store team, providing inspiration to drive sales and exceed customer service expectations.
What You Will Do
Complete store operational requirements, maintain store staff, identify customer requirements, maintain store staff job results, ensure availability of merchandise and services, protect employees and customers, maintain store stability and reputation, maintain operations, and contribute to team effort.
