Role OverviewAt Lids, our Store Managers are the heart and soul of the Lids brand. These cap experts strive to foster the passion for sporting and fashion goods by meeting the needs of our customers while ensuring that all areas of the store are engaged.
What You Will Do
Manage store's hiring strategy, assist in onboarding, engage team members, perform people-related actions, lead and monitor training strategy, drive team engagement, lead and execute Lids selling strategy, resolve customer feedback, manage and direct in-store team members, manage team's compliance, plan and prepare schedule, manage business disruptions, execute operations-focused company-level directives, maintain store technology and equipment, maintain store facilities, supplies, and services, effectively manage cash, prepare store for inventory audits, drive overall store product strategy, strategically organize the backroom, ensure product integrity, lead execution of weekly markdowns and markups, monitor and manage sell-through, manage any transfers or ship-backs, execute optimal layout and visual merchandising.
