Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Lids, you will be the heart and soul of the Lids brand, fostering passion for sporting and fashion goods by meeting customer needs and ensuring store performance. You will be accountable for every aspect of the retail store performance, including achieving key results, creating a fun and inclusive environment for your team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include managing store operations, leading and executing Lids selling strategy, resolving customer feedback, and ensuring optimal customer service. You will also be responsible for managing team members, planning and preparing schedules, and maintaining store technology and equipment.
