Job Description
Sunglass Hut is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead their MACYS store in Bethesda, MD. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales through coaching and training, and maintaining a clean, well-organized store environment. They'll also build customer relationships and represent the Sunglass Hut brand.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous leadership experience of 2+ years
  • Demonstrated expertise in every aspect of store operations
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to use critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of the operational components of the store
