Job Description
The Store Manager takes ownership of all aspects of the business at the store level, driving sales, recruiting and developing talent, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates strong leadership ability and is highly driven to succeed
  • Excellent organization, time management, technological and communication skills
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience in retail, sales, or design preferred
  • Ability to manage stress effectively and to perform in a high-energy environment
