Requirements

  • 5–10 years of retail management experience within luxury, designer, or contemporary fashion
  • Strong clienteling background with a proven ability to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
  • Experience leading boutique or high-touch retail environments preferred
  • Demonstrated success driving sales performance and exceeding business goals
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms and customer outreach strategies
